Why isn’t iCept working on my iPad?

 
  • The iCept app is only stable on iPad2 and above (most iPads).
  • If you leave your iPad in sleep mode, power down and restart to free up memory.
  • Check that your operating system is up to date.
  • Try uninstalling and re-installing the app (warning: screenshot or email any test results as these will be lost but all training data will be saved as these are stored on a server).
