I can’t open the jnlp file

If you have sucessfully downloaded Java but the jnlp filed doesn’t open then you may need to enable Java in your web browser. To find out how to do this simple step click here.

Mac users: if Java is enabled in Safari  then go to downloads (arrow at the top right of screen) and double click on the jnlp file. If there are multiple jnlp files then “Clear” them first and select “Proceed to Training” again.
